Swag Bucks Review

Swag Bucks is a free to join loyalty program that rewards you for doing things online that you do everyday. When you complete these actions your account will be credited with their virtual currency called "Swag Bucks". This currency can then be traded in for many different things including electronics, clothing, movies, kitchen supplies, gift cards and my personal favorite, cash through Pay Pal. This is just a very small list of the things available from the Swag Store. There are hundreds of products to choose from.

How do I earn Swag Bucks?

You can earn this currency by doing many things. First you can complete surveys. These are regular surveys like you complete on other paid survey sites such as Opinion Outpost or Global Test Market. You can visit the survey dashboard daily for new survey opportunities. There are no limits to how many surveys you can complete. If there are twenty surveys on the dashboard, you can take all of them if you want.

You can use their search engine. When you do searches you will occasionally be awarded bucks. I have found that the amount earned through this method is small but if you do lots of searches it can add up fairly fast.

Earn by watching online videos. When you watch videos you will see a small meter that slowly fills up as time goes by. When the meter is completely filled it will be reset and you will get small amount of bucks. (3 - 6 on average)

Play free online games and compete in online tournaments. The games are kind of lame but it is an easy way to earn Swag Bucks if you have some time to kill and nothing better to do. The games include Star Fish, Crazy Taxi, Snow Day, Cat Invasion, Point of Isolation, Zip Zap, Capitol Tower Defense, Hungry Snake and several others.

Shop online from your favorite online store such as Target, Amazon, Kohl's, Pet Co, i Tunes, FragrenceNet, The Children's Place, Macy's and more. You will earn a different amount of bucks depending on how much your purchase is. SB has affiliate accounts with these online stores and they earn money for every purchase.

Earn bucks by completing limited time offers. I haven't really played around with this too much. The one offer I signed up for was a half-price three month subscription with Net Flix. I received 500 bucks for it. I then traded in my bucks for $5 through Pay Pal which reduced the total cost to $7 for three months. Not a bad deal. Note: $5 Paypal reward now costs 700 SB.

Another way to get SB is to recycle your old electronics or books. Why someone would do this, I don't know. You would probably be better off bringing them to a pawn shop instead of paying to ship them out.

Complete the daily poll to earn 1 buck. Simple as it sounds, complete the one click multiple choice poll for an easy Swag Buck.

Another way to earn is to refer your friends. SB will credit your account with the same amount of bucks that your friend earns up to the first 1000. This is an excellent way to sky rocket your account. They offer several different banners that you can promote on Facebook or blogs.

Also you get 30 bucks just for activating a new account.

Earn More Money Online By Mystery Shopping

If you have been taking paid online surveys for any length of time, at one point you realized that you are spending lots of time in your email inbox not making as much money as you would like. Now you can earn more money online by mystery shopping.

Mystery shoppers go into stores posing as regular customers and make inquires of the staff or some sort of little purchase. Once the interaction is completed the mystery shopper returns home and fills out a detailed record of the transaction. This report is then sent in to the mystery shopping companies that that hired you to do the shop.

Payment varies depending on who hired you to do the shop and what company hired them. Sometimes you may get a free lunch or other small cash reward ($2 up to a rare $20), but the real payment is when you are sent into some name brand place to buy a nice pair of jeans or shoes or small electronics. For completing these types of mystery shops you will get to keep the item that you bought.

Payment is always made know to you before you accept the secret shop with any legitimate shopping company, so you will not be disappointed. You only have to accept the jobs you want.

So if you would like to learn more about mystery shopping and how to get started, this free list of companies hiring mystery shoppers should help you out.

Between doing paid online surveys and completing mystery shopping jobs, you should be able make some extra money online.

Make Money Online Doing Paid Surveys With Opinion Outpost

Opinion Outpost has done it again. I just cashed out for $37! It took six weeks to get it this high but I finally did it.

Should only be a couple of days and they will send out the cheque. I will review my account soon to be sure but I don't need to worry. Opinion Outpost has always treated me well. Here is hoping that it will not take too long to get here.

They have always been one of my favorite Canadian survey companies to do paid surveys for and I have been doing surveys for them for over a year now. They always pay and always in a very timely manner.

So if you want to make some extra money online then my review of opinion outpost will show you why you should sign up for a free account with them.

Canadian Survey Companies

Well fellow Canadians, I have been making some money lately doing surveys from a number of companies that I have been sharing and I hope that you all have been successful in making some money online as well.

So everyone, for a quick recap of the Canadian survey companies we have covered so far on this blog:

Canadian Survey Companies And Survey Site Reviews
:

Global Test Market requires you to get 1000 market points in your account which you can then trade in for a $50 cheque sent in the mail. This survey site is a legitimate one that I personally guarantee will pay you.

Opinion Outpost has a five dollar cash out for gift certificates and donations to the Red Cross. You can save 200 opinion points to have a $20 cheque mailed out to yourself.

Opinion Outpost sends me many paid surveys on a regular basis. Read my opinion outpost review (My favorite survey company to work with)

Canada Survey Panel is basically just a Canadian exclusive referral site to actual survey companies. If you are an old hat at taking online surveys then I recommend staying away from them. You are probably already a member of the free survey sites they will refer you to.

If you are new to the world of taking paid online surveys then you may want to try them out. They will point you in the direction of some good survey companies. (But you will find them here too)

Web Perspectives is a Canadian company that has quite a few of surveys that they offer their members. Another good one to do surveys for if you match their survey profiles well.

My review reveals an excellent rewards program with cash, many different gift certificates or donations to needy charities to choose as your rewards.

My Survey has an awesome incentive program. They have an even larger selection of gift certificates to choose from than Web Perspective, however a $10 gift certificate will cost as many points as $10 cash, so I think you are better off just getting cash from Mysurvey.ca

Toluna is another great survey company that Canadians can sign up for a free account with. They do not offer very many high paying surveys but you should be able to cash out at least every month.

Although surveys can sometimes be scarce, if you can qualify for half of them you will be all good with Toulna (Another favorite)

NPD Online Research This is an ok site to do paid surveys for if you are not really into taking online surveys for cash. Read my review to find out why.

Survey Site Reviews Coming Soon

Here are a few more free to join paid survey sites that you can check out. I have not yet featured them on this blog, but over the next couple of weeks I will be spending some time properly reviewing them:

Ipsos i-say Company with a very good reputation that have many people posting pictures of their payment. This is the next one up for a review.

Synovate Survey Panel Another reputable company that has many positive reviews. Have heard lots about them but I have not actually signed up for an account with them.

Survey Club Have heard some bad things but will be checking them out for myself.

Net Panel I have only been able to find 2 reviews of these guys and both were somewhat negative, but I will at least check them out before passing my own judgment.

Does anybody reading this have any experiences with Net Panel?

Don't forget that all of these Canadian survey companies are free to join and they will never ask you for any type of membership fee.

If you are just finding this blog and would like to take surveys for which you will be paid, just start at the top and sign up for the free memberships. Once you have signed up spend a few minutes completing your profile surveys and soon you will start receiving survey invitations.

Be patient if you do not start receiving invitations right away. Just make sure all of your profile surveys are complete as well as accurate.

"If you build it, they will come"

Survey Site Reviews

I have finally started being able to review some of these survey sites that are looking for Canadians to complete surveys for cash. Over the next few weeks I will be adding several more to this blog.

The first survey company that I have reviewed is called NPD Online research. My NPD Online Research review reveals several negative things about this company but also that they are not a scam and actually help manufacturers.

My second one was my Toluna Survey Panel review. Toluna is my second favorite company to work with. While it may seem like you need to do many surveys to reach cashout (60000 points) a large number of paid surveys can be worth over 10000 points each.

Stay tuned as I will have new survey site reviews very soon.
